About Chef Bob Chef Bob was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Chef's dad worked at the railroad and his mom was home to raise the chef and his two older sisters. They moved often giving Chef an opportunity to experience many cultures around the Southeast including Paducah, KY, Memphis, TN and New Orleans, LA. This gave him a love for the taste of the finest Bar-b-ques, authentic cajun cooking and French Cuisine. Chef Bob started working in restaurants in 1990 where he learned every facet of the industry from fast food to fine dining. He also holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant management which have given him the skills needed to own and operate several restaurants over the years. Copeland's Culinary Concepts was started as a side business in 2001 and now operates full time along with MiiGourmet, a dry ice shipped to your door gourmet food company. Chef is married to his lovely wife and has two wonderful children, whom are God's gift to his life. Chef Bob was saved by Jesus Christ in his youth and now serves as a deacon at his church. .... |
